Rex CC Diploma Claims

What is this?

The Rex Cavy Club Diploma Competition is for Rex Cavy Club members only.  The competition runs for twelve months starting at the Rex CC Championship Show (in November each year) until the following Rex CC Championship Show.  There are two separate competitions: for the Open Classes and for the Juvenile. In addition, there is a perpetual trophy awarded each year for the winners of the Open and Juvenile Diploma Competition for the person gaining the most diplomas.

Pen Cards are awarded by local clubs that have requested Rex CC Pen Cards from the Rex CC Diploma Secretary (i.e. are affiliated). There is no charge for these pen cards and they can be sent to a club secretary on receipt of a stamped, addressed envelope with appropriate postage.

What Shows are eligible for Rex CC Pen Cards?

The Rex Cavy Club Pen Cards can be awarded to any requesting local or regional club club free of charge (i.e. deemed to be affiliated).

Rex Cavy Club Championship and Rex Cavy Club Rosette Shows do not award Rex CC Pen Cards.

How are the Rex CC Diplomas allocated?

Pen Cards are awarded at affiliated club shows in the Open Section for Best Adult Rex, Best 5-8 Rex and Best U5 Rex and for Best Juvenile Exhibitors Rex.  These pen cards will then entitle Rex Cavy Club members to claim the diploma.

How do I claim my Rex CC Diploma?

Please ensure that you claim is made within one month of the show date and that all the information on the card is clearly completed.
